The Catalonian Club for Naturism (CCN) is a non-profit organisation founded in 1977 with the goal of spreading and defending Naturism in Catalonia. It has been a member of the Spanish Naturist Federation (Federación Española de Naturismo, FEN, in Spanish), of which it is a founding member, since 1981.

From the beginning it has been a pioneer in defending Naturism. In 1997 it managed to have a resolution passed by the Catalonian Parliament which recommended the public administrations to repeal all the rules and regulations which could mean an obstacle to nudist recreation. In 1998, it led the Barcelona City Hall to zone off an area of its urban beaches intended solely for the practice of Naturism. A year later, in 1999, CCN reached an agreement with that same City Hall on a nudist schedule at the Picornell swimming pool every Saturday night. Two years later, this schedule was extended to Sunday afternoons. In 2005, it managed to stop a new civic regulation promoted by Barcelona City Hall which contemplated the inclusion of nudist recreation.     This association has always been known for the wide range of activities that it organises throughout the year. Many members get together at these activities due to the convivial atmosphere and respect for each other, which are our traits.     Since 1980, ‘Naturisme’, our publication, is sent bimonthly to all our members containing information about the CCN activities and the Naturist Movement, in general.     Last year, its new headquarters opened in Fonoll, the naturist village, only for CCN members. This place is fully equipped and has room for up to 32 persons.     This year, 2007, is its 30th anniversary and a full calendar of activities has been designed to commemorate. The CCN anniversary celebration at El Fonoll, locally, the meeting at El Templo del Sol, nationally, and the one at Le Betulle, Italy, internationally, stand out among the others.

Schedule for nudists at the Picornell swimming pool: Saturdays from 21:00 to 23:00 (all year round) and Sundays from 16:00 to 18:00 ( from October to May). Facilities: indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam baths and hydro-massage.
